Lump Sum Pricing
Here at TBS, we believe in providing professional services and part of being a professional is being able to estimate the value of a construction project and then put our money where our mouth is with a lump sum construction contract so that you know what your project is going to cost BEFORE it’s finished. For projects still in the early design phases, we can provide a guaranteed maximum price (GMP) and then convert to a fixed price contract once the design is complete. This can be especially helpful when trying to start your project before the design is complete in order to hit important schedule milestones.
