After several months of work, TBS recently completed our exterior face-lift on this beautiful Union Hall lakefront home. We added a new porch roof with cedar tongue and groove ceiling, enlarged the deck and installed new Trex Tropical decking with Fortress railings. We rebuilt the sunroom floor structure that had been decimated by water and rot due to pour flashing details. We also replaced the windows on the alpine chalet gable with new aluminum clad Pellas and we re-roofed the whole house and dock.

Our team not only built this beautiful project, but also designed it to make sure the architecture blended seamlessly with the existing house so that it would look original to the home. We think she’s a beauty!
