Custom Home Construction
This is an 11,000-square foot design-build custom home in Roanoke County that was completed in 2007. It is an all-concrete home using Superior Walls both below grade and above grade. The first floor is a concrete slab-on-deck with hydronic tubing to provide radiant heat for the home. There are no load-bearing walls on the first floor, which is what allows for the huge open floor plan. The siding material is synthetic stucco or exterior insulation finishing system (EIFS) which provides for a beautiful and nearly maintenance-free exterior.
