Stripmall Build-Out - Jimmy John's Subs
This stripmall build-out turned a nail salon and a dry cleaner in Spartan Square into the new Jimmy John's located on Main Street in Salem, VA. This new Jimmy John's franchise store design and this one is one of only about 28 in the country like this. We worked with the franchise owners and Jimmy John's corporate to meet all specifications for this unique location. This was a very challenging project, as Jimmy John's is a very particular customer and this store size is extremely narrow.
The resulting high-end sub/sandwich shop, with tiled surfaces throughout nearly the entire store, are modern and easy to clean. Check out the pics and go enjoy a freaky fast sandwich at Jimmy John's.
